Don't you think that in Dragonball sometimes the character survive, even though they should have been dead.

Like when Trunks fought the Androids in The Special. I mean Gohan Died from those two and Trunks survived A blast in front of his face from Android 18. If he hadn't survived, The history-line of the past would never change and every1 would be rolled by the Androids.

Or when Yamcha had a hand go through his stomach, He was bleeding crazy. Yet he survived.

Or Kuririn piercing through Vegeta before his fight with Freeza. Vegeta basically had his heart blasted into pieces. Yet he walks and talks:D It's funnier when you think that Vegeta required minimal heart damage to be killed by Freeza.

Not really it's explained in Dragonball or early in Dragonball Z. Yamcha being blasted through the stomach if he can control his own heart rate then he can slow down his blood loss. The blood you sure was minimal compared to what it should have been.

The only thing I can think of that should have died once being hit by an enormously powerful attack is Kid Buu against Son Goku's Genki Dama (the first attempt):
-Kid Buu was able to hold a gigantic amount of pure good energy.
-Yet he could hold it, when it was stated early on during the Saiyan Arc that only pure hearted people can do so.

Perfect Cell against Super Saiyan Grade 2 Vegeta's Final Flash (that's a mouth full). Vegeta aimed dead on at Perfect Cell, and the impact of it destroyed less than 1/4 of Cell's body (because Cell moved out of the way).
-The executed Final Flash managed to destroy apart of the Earth, and was visible from space. It was shown to completely cover the entire area, yet Cell survived.

Goku should have died on Namek

Krillin should have died on Namek

Dende should have died on Namek

All the Nameks should have died

Gohan should have been the new hero after Goku's death and his mentor would be Piccolo, he would never turn SSJ like his father but an hybrid between SSJ and Oozaru, weaker than SSJ but stronger than Oozaru, end of the story.

Sometimes yes but not all the time. Trunks was probably stronger than Future Gohan was when he died so that could play a part. Cell could have tried to dodge the Final Flash but it disintegrated, the part it hit. Plus plenty of times characters have been hanging on by a thread and made it I guess they have extreme endurance. The main reason is because of the Plot but hey if you want something inside the universe to answer than here it is.

Serious answer: When Kid Buu struck Mr. Satan. Why would Kid Buu hold back? I also agree with Frieza surviving Namek's explosion. I thought Goku killed him for sure with that attack.

Or what do you guys think of Nappa, when he survived Chaouzu. That should really kill him. How the heck did he get away just on time. Chaouzu never had the occasion to be the hero. Even though would suck whaha.
