SSJ Zenkai yes or no?

I think this is a nice idea which ought to be discussed:

We all know Goku was completely rejuvenated when he turned SSJ , though its said that he was completely drained from Genki Dama, and we see that Krillin and Gohan had to help him to get up. So he was healed, and ofc there is a possibility for zenkai, since he has escaped near death experiences, because if there wasn't for Piccolo Frieza would have killed him.

Goku against Frieza: about 3,000,000
Goku: worn out after Genki Dama - a lot less than 100,000

Goku(zenkai): 50,000,000
SSJ Goku: 150,000,000

This would explain how he almost evaded energy disc from Frieza when he was in base, and it would solve mystery of "decreasing SSJ multiplier" - It doesn't decrease at all - always has been 3x, like on kiri metar:

Base Goku: 1000
Yakkon: 800
MSSJ Goku: 3000

What do you think?

The Zenkai can be achieved in SSJ mode. But the power level mulitplier would probably be not very significant.

Goku was injured pretty badly, what with the Genki Dama dropping on Namek like a Nuke almost where he was standing, and with the beating he received from Freeza, but he was nowhere near death at that time. An example of a near death experience would be like if Vegeta had gotten healed or something after being shot with Freeza's death beam or something.

Vegeta got thrashed by Recoome, but was still able to stand and talk about everything; yet when he had a senzu, he powered-up immensely. Vegeta was damaged, but could still talk, which shouldn't be possible if he could gain that much power from healing.

Saiyan's battle powers increase every time they fight. A Zenkai, which is a massive boost in ki from a near death experience, apparently would not be awarded to Vegeta in this fight he had with Ginyu after recovering. Maybe he just got a lot stronger.
