Everyone's power increase when they fight...

I dont think this is stated in manga, and it would be untrue to think that suddenly after one fight (Vegeta had them million already) he increases his power about 12 times, just cos he fought with someone.

The difference between saiyans and others is zenkai.

So, the Super Sayajin can fully heal people when they transform into it?

I think someone would've said that at one point if that was true. It's hard to under look such valuable information, after all.

Yes. Healing was needed for plot, and I'm pretty sure that SSJ transformation differs from all others since it is supposed be the first and final one - the legendary transformation, since Akira wanted to end Dragonball with end of Frieza.

Well, since we only see Goku transform under those circumstances, that could easily go unnoticed.

I didn't see it in my book. But Vegeta did receive a Senzu Bean. And if you're a Saiyan, battle damaged, it's probably gonna boost your power a bit more. I don't know how Vegeta gained sucha huge increase in power, especially not being anything close to near-death after his run-in with Recoome. So the way I see it, Vegeta is merely evolving as a Saiyan, reaching higher power ranges. Vegeta even states that Saiyans grow stronger and stronger after every battle. It could be that this one he had with Recoome pushed him over his limits. I think it could just be Saiyan Evolution.

He also states to Jeice that his power-up's were starting to be more then ordinary increases, so you could be right. Goku did say Vegeta got stronger from recovering, though; I just checked.

Not everything is stated.

The fact that he was healed and that he was almost able to evade energy disc from 100% worn out Frieza is a strong reason.

It seemed to be a different kind of zenkai, though. Like, his power didn't all rise at that one point, but kept on increasing steadily. That's why I think Vegeta told Jeice he was beginning to understand his increases in power were more then usual. Vegeta was so amazed at Goku's ability to take Recoome out in one blow, but Vegeta was capable of tussling with Freeza; so his power had to have increased as time went by.

Even though Goku said that, it still doesn't change the fact that Vegeta could stand up and talk the entire time.

Zenkai probably came by the time he changed clothes. We know it didn't came right after senzu bean or otherwise he wouldn't be impressed by Goku's power, but when he fought Jeice, his power was over 180,000 cos the scouter broke down.

Agreed. But, Jeice broke the scouter because he thought it was malfunctioned.
