Nah, I'm sure it does. I liked Master Roshi and his random flirt talks. Hercule was corny and annoying at first, but after seeing him pwn those guys with the Sniper Rifle, I thought he was okay.

Well, there's Ninja Murasaki from DB, then there's Yajirobe, Mr. Satan, Great Saiya-man, and then there's Kami when he was in the 23rd Budokai in human form. There's Roshi, Kid Goku, and a bit of Yamcha.
