And btw it said Piccolos the villain so does that mean its set during Dragonball?

I don't know about this one. Let's hope it doesn't suck. I'll watch just because I'm curious, but I heard that Piccolo is the villian in this one. Is this DBZ or DB? Does anyone have info on this?

I hope it's a lie, I really hope they won't do a DBZ movie. What wouldn't they do for money anways. A movie about DBZ can't be done since saiyans don't have a single human in earth that matches their appearance, if there is one, I doubt he is an actor. Seriously, they need to let that series rest in peace, it's all over for years now. It's not necessary to make a movie. It was a great praised series, no need to go further. The plot you posted Zero, what is your source?

Shouldn't this topic be in DBGT/Movies. Since it's non-canon and a movie, it shouldn't be here. Thoughts?

The movie is official. Its on IMDB (Internet Movie Database). I don't remember the source. I just googled it. I really hope its wrong though.

I guess it should be moved. Use your awseome power to move it.

So, it is confirmed now. Only two characters released so far... they look okay for the roles. But yeah... I'm thinking it'll be crappy (the movie) but I'm hoping that it'll be decent at least! I'm just really exited and nervous about it at the same time.

So far it seems like the plot will take place in late DB because goku will face piccolo and make sure he doesnt get the Dragonballs. Is it King Piccolo or the piccolo(23rd tournament)? This plot wouldve been better for a late DB Movie or OVA after the path of power ova so you could have a DB movie/ova with the older versions of the characters.
