Not sure where to put this really as it isn't GT or a Movie, but it is based on the anime which technically is un-canon.
Why hasn't Evil Buu (the thin Buu) got a proper voice actor in the Budokai Tenkaichi games but has one in the anime? Anyone know? What I mean by this is that Evil Buu talks normally in the anime but grunts in the games.

Justin Cook was the voice actor, the same voice actor who voiced "Shin" Boo, Raditz, adult Dende, and perhaps a few others in my recollection. I don't have much to say on his Evil Boo as it wasn't much of an eliciting, open role in talking to begin with, but I liked his Shin Boo in that it brought new, invigorating, ominous depths to Boo's tone, even though the Seiyuu's teenage-toned voice sounded just as apt. Why this wasn't the case in the Budokai Tenkaichi games... I wouldn't have an inkling of an idea.
By the by, this will go about just fine in the Dragonball / Z forum.
