Hell in Dragon Ball

With all those fillers Anime got and after read Manga a long time ago, and with no patience to read it all again, I still ask myself, how is the Hell in the truth Dragon Ball universe? What happen to people or anything alive that go there?

I'm not sure if it's even in there. I know villians don't keep their body's.

All people that are sentenced to Hell are stripped of their bodies after their soul is cleansed of memories. In Hell, canonically, Freeza and Cell are just sentient spirits.

It never says anything about them. It's just hell, and everyone gets dumped in.

And the villains must have just as much body as the next guy, since Raditz fought Yemma. Hard to do that if he didn't have a body.
