Considering Goku has fusioned with Vegeta, and used Final Kame Wave. It would be logical to believe Goku knows Final Flash.

and besides its called Kamehameha, or Turtle Destruction Wave.
About your sig its wrong its Final Kamehameha

Muten Roshi Kame SenNin created the Kamehameha, his is Kame and its a wave, thus Kame Wave...

m.collins, in the manga Vegito never used the final kamehameha (he didn't even fight when he wasn't ssj) . What you have on your sig it's just a ki blast. Plus the kamehameha and final flash are waves not ki balls.
