Can Instant transmission be used to escape a black hole?

What are the physics related to "Instant Transmission"?

Can nothing In the dragonball universe escape a black hole?

I wanted to know the "opinions" of the people willing to try answer these questions.

Instant transmission turns ones body into some sort of Light speed. Quote from Wikipedia: A black hole is a region of space in which the gravitationa field is so powerful that nothing can escape after having fallen past the event horizon. The name comes from the fact that even electromagneti radiation (e.g. light) is unable to escape, rendering the interior invisible. However, black holes can be detected if they interact with matter outside the event horizon, for example by drawing in gas from an orbiting star.

Yes.

Shunkan Idou can easily escape a Black Hole because the speed is instantaneous.

Dude if you are speaking dbz-wise then yes. With the instant transmission you concentrate on someone's ki and then you are automatically near him.

Well, instant transmission isn't maiking your body travel at light speed. If that was the case, then it wouldn't be instant right. Let's take quantics 101 shall we?
It is Proved that there is a probability of your body to move form point A to B without crossing the space in between.
Meaning, a particle (or in the case of a person a LOT of particles) can be in both places at the same time and due to interaction it goes to either instantaniously. This has to do with multi dimensions also so theoreticaly, yes you can escape a black hole because you may not even be there.

The only problem is that a black hole is out in the middle of nowhere. The user would need to locate a chi, and as seen in the Cell saga, even Goku was unable to locate chi (the Namekians while trying to get a new Kami-Sama) over great distances. If the user can't locate a chi instantly, then they have no hope of escaping since light travels around 180,000 miles a second, which even though it is more than impressive, is not enough to escape the gravitational pull of a black hole. So even though one could use Instant Transmission to escape, the question is whether or not they can lock on to chi from such distances. Another problem is that since the black hole is in space with such low temperatures, you'd expect the user of Instant Transmission to suffocate or freeze to death... unless they're a life form such as Frieza, an android or Buu.
