Ok, but like jedi asked, why is Vegeta in Super Saiyan and not normal after he bares the Majin Seal?

Because of his pride. Remeber he already turned super Saiyan when he was fighting Babidi inside his mind i think before he autually go the Majin Seal, the Majin seal went on before he turned super saiyan. He says something about his pride, watch this Youtube video: YouTube - Babidi Can't Control The Prince of All Saiyans and (No, posting illegal full episodes does not fly on MFG and never will. --LegendarySSJ7)

I believe it was Vegeta's drive to defeat Kakarot that allowed him to transform to SSJ2; Vegeta was unable to tap into his more powerful abilities without the right 'kick'. Allowing himself to be taken over by Babidi's spell was only the first step in becoming an Ascended SSJ, but he still needed the emotional drive to bring out his full potential, which I believe is the reason why he couldn't transform to SSJ2 after being taken over.

but once he had been taken over he had transformed into a ssj2 the electricty around his aura shows this. I believe that you would need an emotional drtive force out a new super Saiyan form, the Majin Seal provided Vegeta with this, i mean he cleary states that his own determination, pride, and jealousy of Goku made him turn into a super Saiyan. Then he let go and transformed.

Are you speaking of the aura following the take over? If so, the bolts surrounding Vegeta are red (unlike the blue bolts normally joltng from a SSJ2), which I believe is mostly due to the amount of evil circulating through Vegeta's body. But this is only in my personal opinion.

Well not really. Chi isn't powered by emotions, emotions are more a sort of trigger. SSJ2 is a case of revving your Chi to the required frequency.

I'm not sure if this is filler or not, but Gohan is seen going SSJ2 in the RoSaT whilst training with Goku. May just be filler, but if it's canon...

Well it was in the anime, so that's why I'm not sure about the validity of it. If someone could clear it up I'd be very gracious.

Thats got to be filler, gohan only went ssj in the hyperbolic time chamber
and goku went ssj1 (he already done it) UUssj1 and Ussj1

Well it's shown as being Gohan pushing his limits when sparring Goku in the RoSaT. He collapses and rises back up, powering up as he goes. He reaches the pinnacle of his power, which is unmistakenly SSJ2. This is why Goku thought Gohan could beat Cell.
