There is something interesting. The blast of The Z is show to be more powerful than the one who use it, like Goku was 415 and his blast 900 to 1000, right? but how much diferents is the blast of Goku as Supersaiyan for example?

Another thing, if Raditz has 1200 pl, and he doesn´t know to focus more power like Goku and Piccolo, that means all his blast are no more than 1200 right? Same with Zarbon, Cui, Gyniu Force, Dodoria and Freeza, right?

that is how we can explain somebody with the power level of Roshi can blow the moon because his blast has more power.

What is your opinion about this?.

It's simple, really. With a PL between 100-1,000 you can focus enough to go from splitting the moon's core (which would cause it's explosion) to completely obliterating it. Vegeta, who had less than 20,000 claimed to have enough chi to "destroy the Earth". And the Death ball, while significant in raw-power, is designed to strike a planet's core and cause armageddon (without a trace). And then there is Cell. Easily in the billions and having "enough chi to blow away the solar system!!!".

^One could infer the last statement as taking out the sun and sweeping away the Earth, which would cause a super-nova.



Piccolo has stated many times

-They are "able to vary their power"*

-"Supress their chi"

-"Release it in one, tremendous burst"**

-"Focus it into a single point"****

The Namekian reinforcements, who tried to hold off Frieza's men, kept their chi low at 1,000 and bursted to 3,000 when all of them (henchman) began to surround them. Similarly to how Goku could instantly burst from 5,000-180,000 w/Kaio-ken.

**=They had been supressing their chi and moving in a conservative manner while looking for the Androids and waiting to fight/flight. When Gero drained Piccolo's chi, he assumed his power-level was puny and ambushed him. But when Gohan freed Big Green from the Scientist's clutches, he proved he had been holding back several folds of awesome destructive power.

***=The special beam cannon was more than 3x as strong as the user, but it does not mean Piccolo was holding back that kind of energy: "If you think power is everything, then you're no fighter...!"--Goku to Radditz pre-battle.

But what about Freeza, Gyniu Force, Dodoria, Cui, Zarbon? they Don´t do that, do they?

And Goku as SSJ, how much powerful his Kamehame ha can be? double? triple?, more? i just wonder

I'm surprised no one has answered...

For Frieza, he may be ignorant of the true nature of chi, but he certainly knows how to bend it into a weapon of mass-destruction. Many times we see him use attacks no idiot could use spontaneously (such as the time-bomb and the blade beam that sliced up Namek's country-side).

The henchman, excluding the Ginyu's, could not even detect chi. Vegeta put it plainly and bluntly: "Dodoria...you were so proud of your strength. I gained an ability on Earth. You can't use it if all you're concerned with is brute strength, like you, or Frieza, or me in my younger years...may you be reincarnates as A TRUE WARRIOR!".

Character analysis aside, just look at the kind of attack they do. Cui's idea of a "finisher" is distracting the opponent and firing a barrage of blasts. The most we see any other henchman do is Dodoria's mouth blast (Which seems to be a trait in muscle-bound villains and comes naturally; i.e not a focused and intelligent maneuver). The Ginyu's, despite only sensing chi through scouters, came up with a plethora of magnicent attacks. Captain Ginyu himself had the ability to perceive held-back power (although it was flawed). But none of the aforementioned characters could understand chi properly and as a result performed poorly against the Z-senshi. Even Frieza was no expert, he couldn't even stabalize himself at 75%.



It all depends on the ki-output and what type (of kameha; there is weak-speedy versions, enormous focred versions, etc). That's why we do power-levels.

It make sense.

Is like Dodoria, Freeza and others are born with the ability to release Ki, so they don´t learn it and train it like the Z fighters do, so Dodoria, Zarbon, Saiyans, etc Blast is not more powerful than their power levels, even Vegeta, he start to develop it after his fight with Goku.
