the guy took more then a couple of hits from base vegeta but still survive only to be finish off by vegeta's blast he was defenetly weaker then vegeta but by how much is he on the millions ,thousands or what

Kid Trunks = Android 18. Shown. Vegeta > Kid Trunks. Since you only need an advantage of 1.33x it's very possible that Pui Pui was around Android 18's level.

Bejita was like holding back the entire fight. There no real way to guage Pocus' strength on that since Bejita wasn't trying at all.

isnt freaza suppose to be the strongest alien besides the saiyan he said it many times that he was the strongest in the universe and he probably have database on every planet to back it up after all he was in the planet selling bussiness

Yeah puipui is as strong as Freiza (final form) 50% besides you can tell how much stronger Puipui was by him saying that on his planet gravity was 10 times more than earth at the time Goku was doing to the same thing and mastering the 10 times gravity Goku said: "i feel like i could take on ten Vegeta's" and this was Goku's arrival on Namek, and after Namek Vegeta had trained under 400 times the gravity of earth. Puipui was nothing to him, as Vegeta cleary stated...this time Vegeta was telling the truth

nice explanation and besides Vegeta was not seriously fighting Pui since Pui thought that 10x gravity would hold him back when it really nothing at all.

I would put Pui-Pui at Recoome's level. He never really show's anything, except that he can take plenty of hits. Sure, he had the majin increase, but we never know how strong it made him or how strong he was before it. If he thinks he has an advantage with 10g, he can't be too powerful.

I'd give Pui Pui anything under 50,000,000. There's really no way to tell how strong he is, but I don't think he's as weak as Ginyu.

See, there was a time when I thought he was that powerful also. But, I began to believe that the Saiyans never got more powerful then 10-12 million in their base forms. Some have their bases in the 100 millions, which I can't understand. The reason why I think he's in the ten-thousands is because of the 10 gravity comment he makes.

Well, I don't believe that it's possible for a Saiyan to have a base PL of 100,000,000+ (unless you're Gohan, who's chou state is is base). I actually don't believe that any of them went higher 50,000,000. Vegeta states that Goku's chi in his FPSSj state was his regular base, and he said that he could bearly sense it, which to me implies that no Saiyan at that time actually exceeded 50,000,000. I don't know about later though, but I doubt that even 100,000,000 was peaked.
