Unfortunately you cannot say the word "exact" in relation to any battle powers past the suppressed reading of 5 for Mirai Torunkusu at the beginning of the Seru Saga. For a fighter who acted like a gravity level ten fold to that of Earth's is impressive, I highly doubt that his battle power superceded a million, let alone the ten million you suggest.
