Goku's unlock potential

How strong would Goku be if he had his potential unlocked like Gohan. At which level would you place him, almost as strong as Chou Gohan? Much weaker? Stronger or weaker than Shin Buu. I would like to know your theories about a ''mystic'' Goku.

Are you thinkin Z wise, or GT wise? IF you're thinking Z wise, then Goku might not increase THAT much as Gohan. [since SSj3 is the "ultimate" transformation] If you're speaking of GT, then Goku would be around Syn's level and above. That is all to say if he has hidden potential to release in the first place.

what saga are you talking about where goku would have this done? if it was frieza sag or cell saga I could see him going ssj or mabye ussj. In the cell saga I'm thinking ssj2.

well i think he would master the SSJ3 he would have become a master super sayian 3 i dont see him going SSJ4 since thats not cannon

When your hidden potential is brought out from the Elder Kai, [as shwon with Gohan] you're transformations to SSj, SSj2, and SSj3 are basically neutralized by the power-up. So when you "go SSj" your ultimate power is brought out. That's how Elder Kai said it would be done. Goku was not shown to have hidden potential like Gohan. For all we know he might just go up to his SSj3 power and that's it.

Indeed, Gohan has more potential than Goku, but nothing suggests that Goku's potential is only the level of a mastered SSJ3, in my opinion, he wouldn't be too far from Chou Gohan. I would place him on Shin Buu's level.

Well, I don't know, I am trying to recall if they said Gohan had far more potential than anyone or just more potential. Even if he had far more, I would place Goku's hidden potential much higher than Kid Buu's power. In fact, I think I would even place him higher than Shin Buu,

It was seen that Gohan as a young child had much hidden potential that came out in times of danger or when he he loves suffering. So therefore IMO Gohan would get a much higher increase from having his potential unlocked than Goku would. So maybe Goku would see no point in it.

As for how what level he would be at if his potential had been unlocked I don't believe that it would increase thta much he had fulfilled his potential through training and I do not believe that the whole potential unlocking thing would bring much power out in him. But that is just my oppinion.

I think the water only drew out his maximum hidden potential for that period of time. He was still young, and still had a lot of time to increase his power as he got older. The same can be said about the unlocked potential Gohan had on namek. I think what Kaioshin does is totally different from everyone else's.

Anyways, I think if Goku got his power brought out, he would probably just be around the power of a Full-Power SSJ 3. I don't see how he can be any stronger then that.

Goku does not need his potential unlocked since he is always pushing his potential and training.

The only reason he had his potential unlocked was because he was well lazy, and some how got weaker, if he kept training he would of been stronger then Vegeta, and possibly Goku, but i doudt it.

Then I'm guessing if Goku got his potential unlocked at the time of the Buu Arc he would only be as strong as his SSj3 state. Although, he still has time to improve his skills and thus improve his potential for greater things.
