Two questions:

How much weaker was Krillin compared to Tien?

Was Goku and Tien even? By the looks of the fight, Goku seemed to be a little stronger.

this is what i think

tien= 250

krillin= 200

goku with heavy outfit= 320

goku weighless=400

Those power levels aren't accurate, not only because power levels in general for DB don't work (no point of reference), but they're just too high in general.

1) Kuririn was probably about 2/3 as strong as Tenshinhan

2) More or less they were even, with Gokuu's only advantages being his superior endurance and his unpredictability.
