That picture is acutally quite scary, and it really lets you see why everyone saw Cell as a monster. Where did you find this?

Not if he’s designed as an ethnic-neutral android, which I would assume so, for the fact that if he was say, Japanese, he would potentially harbor thoughts of sparring a Japanese child crying for his parents? Being neutral, he would kill anything, without feeling connection. In addition, if you’re constructing the designs for a war machine, you want efficiency over looks, therefore if there was some sort of visual disadvantage to being Asian... don’t give your death bot Asian eyes? This, of course, is assuming he’s not Asian in the series... (Which he honestly doesn’t look it... That’s like... giving a fly an ethnicity and sexual preference...)

I just searched it on google. I typed in "Perfect Cell" and I eventually came across this pic. Pretty sweeeeeet huh? Looked very real to me, makes him look so much more evil. I love it.
