Goku SSJ3 PL

This is a spoiler for the first Budokai Tenkaichi, but at the end of it, when Goku Turns SSJ3, it states that his power level is 1,080,000,000. That's incredible. I'm not sure if this is what you'd call "canon" but something like that isn't stated with out cause. It's probably gonna be shot down by a lot of you but it makes a lot of sense to me(this is also my basis on all the humans surpassing one million, because if he's over a billion, they definitely compare at least to that extent).

Oh I didn't catch that the first time. That's pretty dope, but does that mean cell was stronger than 300 mil?

Unfortunately this is no way a canon number. The only number that was close to accurate was the one they had for Ssj Gokuu when he transformed to fight Furiiza (they listed it as 180 million in that clip, which is not far off at all). However, by the time that the Saiya-jins used the Room of Spirit and Time, they were pushing power levels in their transformed states between 5 to 10x as high as that easily, and that was before Gohan reached Ssj2. The 1,080 million that they had for Ssj3 Gokuu was probably closer to being in between Ssj 2nd Grade Bejiita and FpSsj Gokuu.

SSJ3 Goku must be above twenty billions.

1 080 000 000 is most likely Semi-Perfect (before powering up) level.

SSJ3 Goku's PL was 1.08 Billion. not million, which technically means you're right, that PL would be a lot higher hah.
20 Billion? Isn't that the estimate for base state Kid Goku after absorbing the dragon balls?

I have SSJ3 Goku in the 200 billions and that's one of the lowest levels I've seen.

Yup....not very original. If you notice, 1,080,000,000 / 3 = 360,000,000, which is the battle power of SS2 Goku / "Majin" Vegeta, listed on most of the sites that are quite facetiously wrong (with a monotonous nature of static tones that will probably never change). A 3x multiplier would explain the notion (considering this is 'SS3'). Nevertheless, Darkprince is right - nothing is anyplace close to canon about that battle power and that's an earnest underestimation.

I usually assume ssj3 Goku's power level is in the hundred billions.

There was know SSJ2 Goku in the first "Sparking!" So that has to be SSJ1.

I don't have the game, but I saw a video of all of Goku's transformations and it skipped 2. My bad.
