the only answer besides filler i can think of is that without the fear of dying Yamcha is a better fighter, or that he somehow got some huge power up idk filler messes everything up.

It's entirely possible Tien's powe-level was as high as 1,805,000 in the Cyborg Frieza arc. A number I guaged after reducing x1.33 from Vegeta (2,300,000).

Hmmm, interesting point but yamcha didn't have a direct fight with cell and also that takes place in Buu saga which is like 8 years later than cell saga

It could be 20 years later, and it wouldn't matter. Yamcha in no shape or form is stronger than Cell.

20 years of intesne train would matter a lot.

Like if he starts training hard from when he first appeared in db to like the Cell or Buu saga.

So 20 years woud matter since he and everyone else had a huge increase during the training for the Sayian saga so if he trained for 20 years nonstop and the trainig was tuff then ya of course he could beat Cell

Lets say he has a powerlevel of 50 and if he can multipy his power by a million in 20 years of hard training plus learning Kaioken then he could definatly win.

Now him at 36 in dbz would not be able to beat him or Final Form Frieza.

I don´t think any human can surpass Final Form Freeza...

The humans are a limited weak people, not a warrior race. Just an opinion.

50 x 1 000 000 = 50 000 000. 50 000 000 is weaker than 50% Freeza. If he use the kaioken x 20= 1 000 000 000, who is weaker than Semi-Perfect Cell...

I don't think Yamcha would stand a chance against Freeza's first form, at 530,000. Tien might be able to beat that Freeza after the three years of training. Overall, none of the humans became powerful enough to overcome any of the tough villians.
