As the title says I have two questions about Chi/Ki.
Now the amount of Chi/Ki equals Physical Power/Durability/Speed right? Its a quantity not quality thing? So lets say fighter A has a PL of 100 and is fighting against fighter B with a PL of 75. Instead of beating fighter B to death fighter A fires off a Chi/Ki blast thats kills fighter B. So would fighter A's PL go down after using the blast since he used up some of his Chi/Ki? |

Think of it sort of like a rechargeable battery. Yes, the ki level (and thus the power level) of the user would decrease, but it wouldn't be a permanent decrease, as the ki of the user would start replenishing almost immediately after the usage. It's just when the exertion of that ki drastically exceeds the replenishing effect (whether by the actual user, like in the case of Tenshinhan using several consecutive Shin Ki Kou Hous on Seru, or if the ki is being drained due to damage being inflicted, in the case of Mr. Buu fighting Chibi Buu) that we see the fatigue set in.
Going by your example, Fighter A would probably be exhausted after the ki blast, but given a chance to rest a bit, he'd be back in fighting form in very little time.
