Episode 51's Japanese Title

The Japanese title for Dragonball Z episode 51 is"100 Times Stronger! The Warriors Gather At Kaiou-sama's". Now according to the manga its obvious that Pikkoro and company weren't 100 times stronger when arriving or leaving Kaiou-sama's planet but is that what the Anime is insinuating or is that a mistranlation?

It's probably either a mistranslation or just Toei's way of making the episode sound more exciting to it's target audience of male children.

There weren't really 10 billion Kura.
Anyway, it's just a way to make the title much more exciting, it would be less exciting if it was, 1.5x stronger or so. Don't take that seriously(Obviously you weren't since you're pretty well informed about DBZ) anyway, you know Toei, big show, stupid fanboys.

It's all just a figure of speach to make the story sound more exciting.

Even then the number is excessive (since I doubt it exceeded more than 150 or so), but that's what that title was suggesting.

The way you worded that made it sound like you were suggesting that the title was in reference to their power levels. If you had said "There" instead of "They" then what you were trying to say would have came out right.
