Well I'm trying to remember all examples in which a character took an attack with virtually no damage or pain. So from this list am I missing any canon examples?

Some of those should also have a disclaimer, like Goku vs. Tao, and the Nappa fight. These were attacks where the victim is shown to actually put their guard up, to block damage.

That isn't exactly the same as taking an attack head-on.

Another example of this is at the 23rd Tournament, when Goku turtles up, and gets through Piccolo's "explosion wave" attack unscathed.

Good point about the disclaimer for blocking. I'll included that. Nappa blocked against whose attack?

I'm not including Pikkoro's "Explosion Wave" since Gokuu's facial reactions pretty much show that it was painful.

Whether intentional or unintentional, Freeza raised his arms to block himself from Gohan and Krillen's chi blasts.

IIRC Dabra didn't do anything to Majin Buu (Zen) besides throwing the spear.

But I remember another example before that.

What about the Mummy's physical attacks towards Goku. They didn't do anything to him. And Devil's Evil Beam.

He blocked Tien's final attack.

Oh, and another "unguarded" attack would be Android 16 punching stage two Cell square in the face, with no reaction.

I didn't include Akkuman's Evil Beam since Gokuu's power didn't stop the attack but his pure heart did still thanks for the other one Tyro and SRP76.

I want to keep it only with physical and ki attacks. I didn't want to include Mister Satan either so there could be worthwhile comparisons but since everone wants him in it, he's in it.
