I think the Goku SSJ was the best as it just showed how Goku had become the Legend and how a low class Saiyan warrior could become the strongest fighter in the universe.

Super saiyan Goku was the best moment in Z. The music, the dialog, the animation, all of it was just perfect for that moment, The episodes leading up to it, really show how powerful that moment had to be and was :D

Ya, for me, it was SSj Goku [Freeza Arc] because of obvious reasons.

Even I'm a big Bejiita fan, I voted for Super Saiya-Jin Kakarotto as that was the first time we saw a Super Saiya-Jin.
And if it would be as Toriyama wished, this is also where the stories would and, and tis would alsobe the only transformation we would see.
So my vote goes to this oen...

When i saw Goku go SS saiyan i'm like "OMG that transformation is awesome" so i voted for that. I always knew that a SS would be cool but i had no idea it would be that awesome plus it was epic the way he was changing.

I pretty much agree with everyone so far, but I'm going to play the devil's advocate and say something different. A big transformation for me was Trunks turning into a Super Saiyan. I was completely shocked by that transformation and I absolutely didn't see it coming. I was like, "Who is this clown? Frieza's gonna smoke this fool." Then he turned into a Super Saiyan and put all powerlevels in the previous Saga to shame. He did in one episode what the other Z fighters took the whole Frieza saga to do. That was definitely one of the most awesome DBZ moments.
