Vegeta and 18 killed at least 3 or 4 people during their first fight. They never get wished back as far as I know. I also can't remember whether or not the people Majin Vegeta killed were wished back. Also, Vegeta destroyed a whole planet on, like the fifth episode. I hope I'm wrong but wow, Vegeta, that's messed up. WTF, man?! This is one of the reasons I'm not really down with Vegeta becoming one of the good guys in the Buu Saga. He has never had the good of the people of earth in mind.

You're talking about those people in the truck right? Remind me again what the wish was at the end of the Seru Arc. The people Possessed Bejita killed were wished back only to be killed later by Majin Buu. The planet Arlia thing was filler.

Those that Ma-jin Bejiita were killed were indeed wished back by Bulma and the others (Gokuu stepped in to prevent the second wish being used, but the first one was granted), and Bejiita destroying that one planet was filler (I assume you're meaning the one populated by sentient insect humanoids). The only major group of people that we are directly aware of that he killed that weren't wished back was one of the villages on Nameksei. As for him being a good guy...I don't consider him as such. He at best has always been what is known as the anti-hero, where he just sort of walks the line between a hero and a villain almost constantly.

Ok but that doesn't explain the people just driving down the highway when all of a sudden a pissed off Super Saiyan crapped on their lives. I actually don't remember what wishes were made in the Cell Saga, though, so I might be wrong. lol, I just noticed my points rating is 420 ... sweet.

Nope, the poor trucker was killed, and stayed that way. Only "all the people killed by Cell" were revived. The second wish was to remove the bombs from the Androids.
It is possible that the Namekians Vegeta killed were wished back by Earth's Dragonballs in an "off-panel" scene. After all, it isn't like the heroes to just say, "aw, forget the dead Nameks. It isn't like they ever did us a favor". |

They wouldn't have been able to be wished back by the Earth's Dragonballs, due to multiple problems
1) It would be over a year since their death that Shenlon could be summoned again to wish them back (since Shenlon had already been summoned once since their death to bring those killed by Furiiza back to life). 2) The issue that Kuririn's death had would come into play again, that since Nameksei was no longer there, if they were wished back to life they would simply die again in the emptiness of space.

I guess it depends on how you like to think of it. You could think that they found a way to make the wishes on some off panel scene that just wasn't interesting enough to put into an episode. Just like we know that the Z fighters sleep every once in a while even thought it almost never shows up in the episodes because its boring.

If it's not incorperated into the manga then we can safely assume they're truly dead. Just like the trucker, he died and never came back to life. :(
