The way that power and abilities, like turning into a Super Saiyan, are transfered genetically is science fiction. There's no way you can use science to try to understand this.

I think you can. It makes sense how Goten and Trunks easily turned SSj at the age they were at. How could they transform so easily and at such a young age? The only answer is genetics. Goku and Vegeta had sex with Chi-Chi and Bulma after they'd attained the Super Saiyan state. It's very possible that the Super Saiyan ability imbedded in their genetic code was passed on to the boys. It was only a matter of time before they discovered it. This is of course a theory, but it's a very possible one.

I agree with your explanation. I was just saying that its not really a scientific explanation because physical strength and whatever it is that allows Saiyans to transform, would not be transferred to the offspring.
