No. Bulla, Pan, and Goten are all half Saiyan. Goten turned into a Super Saiyan more easily than anyone else. Bulla and Pan both suck. It has nothing to do with their blood content. They just don't fight enough.

You have to consider the fact that Pan liked to fight. Vegeta's girl didn't. She just liked to get it in her...and go shopping. Pan on the other hand was a fighter. Given that, there is a probability of her becoming a Super Saiyajin at a point in her life. Perhaps if GT went on we'd see that. Not that it'd be useful. Guys wouldn't like her because shes flat and ugly.

I really don't think it would be that hard. They'd be muscular and have golden glowing hair just like everyone else. I think the real reason they didn't have female Super Saiyans was that in GT they were appeasing a small minded audience that just wouldn't have it. This is an audience that couldn't even handle anyone but Goku being the hero. I think that if AT had gone on with the series, he would have eventually created a female Super Saiyan since women have always been powerful characters in DBZ. Almost all of the women in DBZ have tons of power, just not in the conventional beat-the-holy-sh#t-out-of-you way.

Well since you want to play it that way: Then you just contradicted yourself. I'll actually be immature enough to say this: She didn't have Saiyan in her, she had half-Saiyan in her.

I just discovered that it was stated in Daizenshuu that Pan couldn't become a Super Saiyan because her blood was too diluted (Which Toei obviously were stupid enough to ignore when they created Goku Jr and Vegeta Jr., who can arguably even call themselves Saiyans).

this happens even though the original White Male's blood has ben diluted so much this is the same of what happend. Its just a mysterious genes of nature that has become a less gene than a dominant one but it won't stay as supressed gene in all cases. Even thought the black skin genes were dominant (Light Skin) Male !!! (17) Had light Skin even though he was just 1/6 white, This happened to Goku Goku Jr, Vegeta and Vegeta Jr's blood line. Just swap the Black Skin for Human genes and ignoring the Male or Female, change the White Male (1), to Goku or Vegeta. (17) would be Vegeta Jr or Goku Jr.



I know DBGT had tons of plot holes and all that but how Goku Jr and Vegeta Jr became super sayains with such a diluted blood line is still very possible, this happens to real life familes all the time. A white family with a child that looks half black and half white when its siblings are white and parents are white, all it means is later down the family tree there was a black person somewhere...

So Pan not become a ssj is not a plot hole by DBGT, its just science...

Skin color is not a good example because skin color is a feature, and not an ability like Super Saiyan is. Pan's physical features could mimck the physical features of Saiyan females, but that doesn't mean that her abilities would also mimck them.

And Bra whose half Saiyan obviously will never become a Super Saiyan, and she has more Saiyan heritage then Pan does. This not only proves that Bra could've become a Super Saiyan as according to Toriyama's "genetics", but it also proves that Super Saiyan is not a genetic trait. Nowhere in the canon Super Saiyan legend is it stated that Super Saiyan is genetic.
