Presumeably. Afterall, if he couldn't, then his base form would be his final form, wouldn't it?

I don't know if he can revert back after becoming Cyborg Freiza but, I'd assume he couldn't.

Although it's never shown that he could, considering that they're natural forms he uses to keep his power in check (not all that unlike Zarbon's transformation, though Zarbon does it moreso out of vanity than actual power suppression it seems), it's likely that he can revert to a previous suppressed state or not whenever he needs to. However, Jinzou-Furiiza most likely could not revert to his previous suppressed forms due to his cybernetic enhancements, since they seem tailored to fit that particular form's body frame.

I highly doubt that, considering he'd obviously have a way of suppressing his power again if for some reason he discarded one of his suppressed forms. It'd be illogical for him to go to all the trouble of suppressing his power due to how erratic and stressful it is on him at full strength, but leave no way for him to re-suppress it if he had to discard them for some reason.

I agree with Darkprince. I don't think it's a one time kinda thing. Freeza had said before that he made the suppressioned states in order to hold his immense power. What's to stop him from reverting back? Absolutely nothing. If he could do it once, he could do it again.

Freiza can revert to his previous if he wants to. While he was in his first form, he told the Z-Fighters the amount of his transformations. This means he transform into his others and revert back to his first before.

Frieza's transformation is retractable - however I think there are some rules applying to it.

His final 3rd transformed form is his real form - the one he was born in. The previous forms were "suppressions" he devised to keep his immense power in check and be able to suppress it to lower levels. Frieza has stated to have once transformed to his 2nd suppression from his 3rd - therefore we know that he can transform at will:

Form 1 <-----> Form 2.

It is unknown to me however, if he is able to revert from his Form 3 to his Form 2, because of significant bodily changes taking place. The transformation is similar to Cooler's fourth, however, but it is conducted not from the real form but from another suppressed form. Let's leave it at a mute point, but I think that while in this form, Frieza wouldn't bother going down again, he'd rather take it up to his final form anyway.

While Frieza has taken his most powerful Real form... Can he revert to the third? I don't really think so. He would actually have to grow, by becoming weaker at the same time. My answer is that Frieza goes directly to his first form from his real one - that is explained by an apparent similarity between the two forms. Frieza's first form is the original form of his suppression - the second and third being developed aspects of the first, therefore being of a different nature than the fourth.

So, my final conclusion goes like this:

Form 1 <---> Form 2 ---> Form 3 ---> Form 4 ---|

Of course all of this is but a theory and plain speculation, but a very convincing one to me.

I believe it as Frieza achieving new forms similar to SSJ. It seems logical as Cooler found the "new" form that Freiza didn't have. Why would Cooler be more special?

Why would he? Because he is Cooler! Much Cooler than Frieza

Not to mention that he is older, more intelligent and not such a little annoying jerk as Frieza is. Cooler has style! And he is able to predict things, unlike Frieza. One might say that he is more talented. He found another form, while Frieza had to stick to his 4th and the only thing he could do with it is go Full Power. Much less effective...

Freeza's "transformations" are actually suppressioned states that he uses to hide the power of his true form. Also, Cooler never found his 5th form. He always had it. [stated in the Japanese monologue of Movie 5] So it's actually his true form not a tranformtaion.
