Now, we know that Raditz was easily defeated by Lord Enma so that says Lord Enma > Raditz. King Kai is stated to be stronger than Lord Enma so we know that he's got to be at least 2,000. Now, Goku's base was 5,000 when he returned to Earth from King Kai's planet, so I think I'd place King Kai somewhere around 3,000. What do you think?

Kaio-sama knocked Goku back at his caprice in one blow, yet he expressly states that Vegeta and Nappa wield even greater power than he (with Vegeta's depth of power far exceeding his invalidated assumption later on, as Vegeta's power just seemed to be some abstract power above the rest's until then). So I think around 3,000? Perhaps 3,300 wouldn't be too inaccurate.
