About Hirudegarn & Cell

If anybody seen the Movie Warth Of The Dragon then they would know this. When there was only one half of the body out that was the legs.You would of saw Hirudegarn absorbing people to make him whole. and Hirudegarn was taking there skin does anybody think Cell and hirudegarn r the same in absorbing people????

Hiredugarn does indeed demonstrate that he is able to grow stronger (or at least regain strength) by absorbing people in a manner similar to that of Seru's 1st and 2nd stages, as well as a capacity to absorb whole beings into his body utilizing his tail, though it was not meant to make him whole as you suggested, but merely to re-energize the lower half of his body.
