Cell Juniors as powerful as Perfect Cell?

Did Cell say anything about the jrs being as powerful as him in the manga? I recall he did from the anime.

How could he make little beings as powerful as himself, it seems crazy to me.

Cell might've stated that, but if the Cell Juniors were all of the same strength, then why didn't Gohan have just an easy a time defeating Cell? I mean he took out the eight Cell Juniors in a matter of minutes.

The more I think about it, didn't Cell say something like all of the Cell Juniors contained a certain amount of power from him? So like each Cell Junior was 1/7th (or 1/8th in the Anime) of his power? It has been so long since I've seen the Cell Saga, so I'm not 100% sure either way.

They were roughly as powerful as Cell (Relaxed). Bejita put up an even fight with the Cell Jr. Bejita (Post-Rosat 2nd Time) is around Cell (Relaxed) and MSSj Goku (Relaxed) power.

No such statement or implication is made in the Manga, and I've never heard it in the Anime either. It wouldn't make any sense, at all, that way.

Don't know if that was in reference to what I stated or to what Tien posted up originally, Duo. Though, just for the record, I never stated it was stated in the Manga/Anime. So either way still bite me. =P

Though it's never directly stated in the Manga (and the Anime isn't an outlet in any regard, obviously), I would say Cell's Juniors have rigidly the same power as Complete Cell had in the most suppressed state we see him in. I'll expound - the Vegeta who fights Cell's Juniors on equal footing, after his 2nd run of the RoSaT, had felt he'd improved enough to surpass what he foresaw Cell's power to be like... before Cell unveiled his immense power reserves. So high enough to fight the suppressed Complete Cell but low enough that anything higher would say otherwise.
That he fights Cell's Junior to a stand-still is what makes me find merit in all of the aforementioned. But on a tangent of more ominous sentiments, it's quite possible Cell's Juniors were holding back when Complete Cell tells them to do away with the Zet Senshi in order to draw an overabundance of ire from Gohan, which means Vegeta might not have lasted long after, nor the rest of the Zet Senshi... unless Vegeta were to use the Big Bang Attack to circumvent that circumstance, coupled with his acute perception of combat.... but he's not exactly mobile whilst preparing it, so his gait would apparently be sacrificed if that thought would have been furthered.

The little Cell Jrs have Cells orginal power level when he first transformed into his Perfect form of when Cell produced them his power level had grew due to his clashed with prevous Z fighters: Ultra Vegeta [Final Flash] - 125,000,000 and Super Goku [Warp Kamehameha] - 190,000,000. Due to Cell's regeneration and his Sayian genes his power level would grow due to his near death experiances. From 145,000, 000 to 165,000, 000. If Gohan was ready to fight Cell when Cell first transformed Cell wouldn't have stood a chance!! Super Gohan 2 - 300,000,000

Perfect Cell - 145,000,000

Perfect Cell - 165,000,000
Cell Juniors - 145,000,000

Unfortunately those power levels are nowhere near accurate, due to being far too weak. By the time that the Seru Saga came around, power levels for the high level fighters (Seru, Gohan, Gokuu, etc) were calculated in the billions, not the millions. As established in the Daizenshuu, and further supported by our own conclusions and understanding of the events that transpired, Ssj Gokuu and 100% Full Power Furiiza were already generating power levels in the 100-200 million range during their fight.

On another note, Bejiita's Final Flash did not induce a power increase on Seru's part, as the blast was nowhere near life threatening, thus not triggering a Zenkai once he regenerated. However, you are accurate in suggesting that the Seru Jr's did possess a power level at or near Kanzentai Seru's suppressed power when he was first formed, which would still be at the very least a match for Bejiita and the others.
