Ok, the senzu bean can keep you full for ten days, right? It can also heal injuries. Does it heal them all 100 percent? Also, if that is true, then what if he just lost a limb or something? Would it grow back?

I believe it heals 100% in normal cases but I don't know about the limb situation.

I'm gonna say that it can regenerate limbs. In the Trunks Story in the Manga, Trunks states to Gohan "If only the Senzu Planet hadn't died out, you could have gotten your arm back".

Back implies that it was severed. Meaning it can grow limbs back.

I always thought that was pretty crazy...how the Senzu could regenerate limbs an stuff. I don't think even Dende could do that, could he?

The Senzu beans can keep you full for ten days, restores one's ki, can heal wounds as big as a fist through the body (that we've seen. Piccolo's blast against Goku. Yamcha's "#20 incident"), and it's possible they could heal Gohan's arm. I tend to believe the arm was probably still there, dangling by tissue or something, because I would consider a fully amputated arm just like Tenshinhan's scars. They wont heal after a Senzu bean is eaten.

If your ribs are smashed by a 30 ft Gorilla and your legs bent in two different ways you can still be healed; apparently quite easily.

I don't think Dende can heal a fallen limb.

We don't know if Gohan's arm was blown clean off or not. It's possible if the wound was fresh, the arm could come back. But the biggest injury a Senzu has healed that required regenerating flesh would either be Goku's blast wound against Piccolo, or Yamcha's wound against #20 (possibly Piccolo's missing side from Cell's blast...but I think he healed himself beforehand). And that's still not as severe as a missing arm, because that would be quite a bit more to regenerate.

Or maybe you're not even disagreeing with me but just stating another major injury in the series. I don't know.
