You know, I'm having quite a toilsome time finding many flaws in this list... in other words, it's an excellent list! Fantastic work. You're getting better and better. However, there are a couple *just* miniscule issues I have with it.... that are actually errors, but need not worry.... let me point them out:
1) I'd also include Vegeta at full power when it comes to his 2nd Zenkai upon fighting Freeza in his true form.... I'm pretty sure he 'extinguished' all his ki in that pitiable bout, I believe it was stated clearly by Piccolo. 2) I thought Cell's 2nd Stage was Android 17 + Cell plus absorbing humans... so in other words, 940,000,000 after his hidden power release since 540,000,000 + 400,000,000 = 940,000,000, though there's nothing wrong with keeping it at 1,000,000,000. Also, Cell in his Stage 2's power up is far too close to both ASSJ Trunks and Vegeta, he should be more like at 1,300,000,000. 3) Super Perfect Cell should be closer to SSJ 2 Gohan... more like at 16,000,000,000. And I'm pretty sure that his Kamehameha was stronger than SSJ 2 Gohan's as it was suppressed and overpowering him, and just as Super Perfect Cell was about to unsuppress it and unleash it, Vegeta was the one to procrastinate him at the last minute, and when SSJ 2 Gohan released literally every single bit of Ki left in him in his last Kamehameha, well, that was sufficient enough in incinerating Cell for good. Otherwise though, great list. 9.5/10.0.

Ok, let0s just say i believe goku wasn't using the kaioken since the beggining of the fight. In that case,
1) I think the difference between goku and freeza was a bit higher. Goku only start fighting serious when all his friends had gone out, and when thus happen, freeza was starting losing power. By his time, go was much strogner then freeza, he just humiliate him. I think i would put freeza more about 160 000k. By the way, the goku's blast had hurt him from the first time since his parents, so, i guess goku+kaioken20x+kamehame=freeza 50%. 2) Freeza never buffed against trunks, he just made one attack, they trunks killed him. I guess freeza never had the chance to use all his power, at max, he used 70% of his power, as he did to goku. 3) Piccolo was compared with a super sayan, and when tien sayd that goku "was too much far from then", piccolo said "you think...", and wasn't scared with vegeta at all, wen vegeta said to him to finish c20, he answer with authority,so, if he was not that far from goku and vegeta, i think 200 000k or 220 000k would be a more fair pl to him, jusr a bit before trunks. By the way, 170 to 180 is not that a big difference, and c20 couldn't even touch piccolo, so, again, i suggest a bit more to him. 4) ssj2 gohan= 15 000 000 000, fat boo's max=45 000 000 000??? Ssj2 gohan= about 50% of fat boo's power. At the max, fat boo had, what, 35, if he was anger? By the way, goku stated that he hd not fight at fullpower against fat boo, even piccolo said that when they were talking "If you had fight at fullpower, bla bla bla". 5) gohan gave his ki to the spirit bomb, yet, this spirit bomb is much much weaker then gohan. Even goku said to vegeta "this energy his from our friends". About the rest, too many 0000000, but just one more thing: DBZ was spent in about 23 years, since when goku show gohan from the first time until he go away with ubuu. 10 years was the time goku trained to wait ubuu, what guve us almost half DBZ of training, yet, you was just slightly rise his and vegeta's power. |

Another thing..... Gohan and Kuririn should be higher in their bout with Captain Ginyu in Goku's body. Gohan should be over 23,000, and Kuririn should be around that range, but over 20,000 non-the-less.

By the way, 170 to 180 is not that a big difference, and c20 couldn't even touch piccolo, so, again, i suggest a bit more to him. 4) ssj2 gohan= 15 000 000 000, fat boo's max=45 000 000 000??? Ssj2 gohan= about 50% of fat boo's power. At the max, fat boo had, what, 35, if he was anger? By the way, goku stated that he hd not fight at fullpower against fat boo, even piccolo said that when they were talking "If you had fight at fullpower, bla bla bla". 5) gohan gave his ki to the spirit bomb, yet, this spirit bomb is much much weaker then gohan. Even goku said to vegeta "this energy his from our friends". About the rest, too many 0000000, but just one more thing: DBZ was spent in about 23 years, since when goku show gohan from the first time until he go away with ubuu. 10 years was the time goku trained to wait ubuu, what guve us almost half DBZ of training, yet, you was just slightly rise his and vegeta's power. vito, I think you forgot to change this: "Cell, 17 absorbed (power up) – 1,500,000,000", this is far too close to ASSJ Vegeta's and Mirai no Trunk's power level as they were still completely pwning him, even when he was at full power. It should be more like around or in the 1,300,000,000 - 1,400,000,000 range.

Well... not really. But, pre-RoSaT SSJ Gotenks should be a bit stronger than SSJ 3 Goku.... and I believe that Gohan lost a smidge of more power than that within the 7-year gap... his power level as an SSJ 2 should be more like 14,000,000,000 IMO.
