Stated? Nothing is clearly stated in DBZ, only that is above or around a certain point. The only ones that were clearly stated was Goku at 5,000. and Trunks at 5.

There are many times in the manga when actual power level numbers are clearly stated. I don't know what the hell you're talking about.
