Why would he say "as well" if he didn't reach it himself. If he didn't reach it, then he would've just said he reached it. And no, the majin charm was not stated to make him transform. Vegeta never said anything about needing babidi to make him ssj2. All vegeta needed babidi for was to make him stronger. Like i said before, if vegeta didn't have ssj2 before the charm then he wouldn't have had it afterwards.

as well can still refer to Gohan, but that is a badly done dubbed manga. Because Vegeta doesn't even know about SSJ3 yet, and there he goes talking about SSJ2, like he knows the existence of SSJ4,5,6,7,8,ect. Can you see what I mean, besides they don't even say that in the Japanese version, haha.

The "Spell", a charm is an item that gives you good luck,

By the way it is known that becoming a majin pushes out your limitations, which would make Vegeta become an SSJ2.

Vegeta's statement can be taken many ways, and there's really not telling either which way, and its not really important either.

We are talking about SS3 and the Final Form, not SS2/Majin Vegeta.

Well I certainly agree SSJ3 should be the final normal Super Saiyan form, for any saiyan, but it would take like forever to obtain.

If you consider DBGT not an extension of DBZ then it is the final form and if you consider GT an extension then it should be the final form. I definently think that it is the final form because GT is just a load of bulls**T.

ssj3 is way bettr than ssj4. I think they should have had one more form after ssj3 but it shouldve looked bettr (gold hair no fur)

ssj3 looks a whole lot cooler then ssj4. But the way goku had to transform to ssj4 stunk
