I only have a couple comments.
Wouldn't Cell's power level be lower than the Cell that Piccolo confronted the first time considering if Trunks wouldn't have stopped him, it would of been the regular timeline happening all over again. So what I'm basically saying is that Cell should be lower than 30,000,000 because he hasn't absorbed nearly as much power as the Cell in the regular timeline.
Also, why would Piccolo's Power have gone down after the 7 years? I could be wrong, but doesn't Piccolo train. I can understand why Gohan's power would go down but Piccolo's? Doesn't sound right to me. Again, I could be wrong so this is my opinion. |

It wasn't actually stated that he was using 33% in the manga, in the anime, he says "1/3", or so I've heard. Didn't Kaiou-Sama say KKx10 Goku and Freeza were equal? SSj Goten, If you're going to make changes, please put them in bold so I know what you changed.

I don't recall him saying they were exactly equal, just something like they were fighting far more equally than he had thought they would. And Uub with a power level of 30 makes sense, seeing as how the kid could barely fight at all in the beginning, and he seemed genuinely afraid of several of the other fighters there, so he couldn't have been very strong at all.
