OMG! That would make the power levels too close together... it's impossible to make an accurate power level sheet (with all that 50% Goku>USSj Vegeta crap) and have all levels under 650,000,000. Impossible.

Exactly the same... thats the point. They were exactly the same, tho i think in the anime Goku says he could have killed him but wanted Vegeta to have a go at fighting him... so he could be a fraction stronger. But Chibi's levels are good enough for me to go by. Well done
