70% is a guess, but its the closet to accurate that there is, which is why I never contested it despite it was never stated.

Also...

Regarding Kaio-Sama's Statement, you were right. It was before Goku landed the double leg kick on Freeza. The Line was, "So far...the fight is even."

My only reason for not editing is because several views have passed over my last post and thus may be ignored as such.

I would like to note something about KKx20 Goku. After he lands the Blast, we see some dialogue between Kuririn and Gohan, and this is why I feel he was more powerful.

It is hard but Kuririn says the Kamehameha should have been stronger but Gohan says his chi shrank so his chi shrank before tha kamehameha
