I'd say Super Buu 3 is the strongest of the Buu's

How is it possible for Kid buu to be the strongest when SSJ3 Goku was able to hold his own against him, yet Goku and vegeta needed to fuse against super buu 3?

Also, why would Gokuu (in the anime as well as the manga), openly tell Bejiita that if they were to leave Suupaa Buu 1's body, Buu would kill them easily if he knew full well that he could defeat a "stronger" form of Buu by going to FpSsj3? Simple,
