WOw. YOu guys are so violent over something that says if goku dies or not. Goku dies once everybody knows that. He didnt die on Namek. I have that episode on tape. Freiza gets injured really bad by Goku and disappears. Then Cold, Friezas dad revives him. Goku died on Earth.

Goku does not die on namek, becuase has already died and been revived before ( the saiyen saga) he cannot be revived by the earth dragon again. He does get knocked towards the lava but you never actually see him go into the lava. As for his power, perhaps he was knocked out, not dead but the power would fall, and Gohan probably sensed his dad's power fall and assumed he was dead. Dont forget Gohan got smashed by Buu and was assumed dead but was still alive, just unconscious. So in response to the question, no Goku did not die in the Namek saga

Umm... I thought that the Namek dragon Parunga was completely different from Shenron... besides Kirllin was bought back and he had died before...

Anyway, Goku did not die.

Yeah Parunga is. Krillin was brought back by Parunga while the nameks where on earth. Parunga can only bring back one person at a time though (until the nameks changed his power in the buu saga). They used the earth dragon to wish the people back to life as well, not parunga since he could not be summoned because the eldest namek died.
