Vegeta's stronger than Base Goku in the saiyan saga because goku had to use KaioKen x4 just to hold off one of vegeta's weakest attacks!!!!! Vegeta was stronger in the andriod saga, but in the cell Games, goku surrpassed vegeta again and Vegeta was stronger in the Majjin saga.Goku surrpassed Vegeta when he became an ss3 . Spollers:

But in GT, Vegeta became an Ss4 and was even wiith ss4 Goku.
