I think it would Tienshinhan. I mean look at him when he fought Cell. All that training really paid off. He was at least as strong as a Super-Saiyin. Then in the Buu Saga his strenght was greater. Though Kuririn, he never really improved.

How do I know? Where is it stated who is the strongest human? Its not ever implied either because the humans were over shadowed and couldnt fair well against any enemy.

you have got to be out of your mind. no human ever reaches the power of a ssj. tenshinhan holding cell back with the shin kikoho/kikoho doesnt prove is strength at all. it was stated during the buu saga.

It is never stated the magna hasnt been translated that far and in the anime it doesnt say Krillin is the strongest human in the world. But also doesnt say directly that Tien trained either he says live in peace and gohan you have really changed.
