filler blast should replace the kamehameha.

neway the kamehameha is overused only in the fact that it is used on just about every enemy and usually fails on every enemy at least from Z onwards

the only time in z where a kamehameha was supposed to finish off someone was with gohan vs. cell, and it did finsih him off.
