I think they said the Kai's are the strongest warriors in the universe, so I would say Supreme Kai.

Its really a tough call because Piccolo then was most likely as strong as a USS and the Supreme Kai is probably the same strength as them also so its hard to decide. I say draw.

ive been led to believe thet supreme kai was around the level of perfect cell before he blew up so if thats true he would also be very strong.it would just depend on how strong piccolo was by that time

i always thought of Piccollo as a bit of a girl, i mean hes not amazingly strong and he doesnt transform. i think supreme kai would win

Piccolo is very strong at times (occasionly the strongest in the world, goku says that when piccolo fuses with Kami) and he does transform. He can turn giant, and he fuses with nail and Kami, wich is essentialy the same as a transformation, because it increases his power drastically.

Obviously Supreme Kai would've won. Piccolo himself even knew this and that's why he walked away. Piccolo's still a strong person though. He was awesome throughout the entire series.
