Gohan

He is not really a fighter, though he has a lot (the most?) potential. He even didn't want to fight Cell. He always wanted peace. And there are a lot more of things to tell he is the purest.

Chi Chi has a pure heart also, she was able to ride on the nimbus cloud with Goku in Dragon Ball. I'd say Future Trunks has a pure heart, I'm a little skeptical on Present Trunks, lol. Goten might have a pure heart too and Gohan, Pan, Videl. Mr. Buu might have had a pure heart too, since in DBZ when he expelled all of his evil when Evil Grey Buu was formed. There's also Dende and Mr. Popo possibly, I'm guessing they have to have pure hearts.

I would defineatly say Gohan.He didn't want to destroy Cell even after he had wrongfully absorbed and killed so many.Goku is close but Gohan is forever pure.

Yeah Gohan has a pure heart for sure. But also like somebody told already: Goten.

Aside from Goku,
Gohan and Goten were also able to ride Nimbus cloud and you can only do that when you are purely good.

I don't remember Chi-Chi flying on Nimbus cloud, but if she did, she would also be purely good hearted.

Ok, I wish i posted my thoughts earlier and beat you all to the Nimbus reference but oh well. ChiChi did ride the Nimbus in DB but she Changed a whole hell of alot between DB and DBZ she is like 2 different people.
Gohan is the obvious first choice as in the Saiyaman saga we see him ride Nimbus too and from school. He also finds the good in everyone even purely evil people, Cell.
I would not vote for Chibi Trunks, as 1) he is vegita's and would not be pure good 2) He puts down goten often and always refers to him as a little kid, he is a lot like vegita in his attitude. 3) He cheats in the World Tournament to beat Goten (ask me to explain and I will)
Goten is another who I think has a Heart of pure Good.
Also Future Trunks seems to have a heart of Pure gold and is absolutely a different character than his younger/present self.

On the opposite end since you didn't specify pure good or bad. Frieza has a heart of Pure Evil and so Does Cell. They would qualify and there hearts may even be more pure than the heroes as they all sacrifice they're lives, even after being given warnings, for theyre evil plans. If you have no sense to stop after your beated your either really dumb or pure evil.

Good point MS. I don't think that would diminish his pure heart but maybe make it stronger because he's dealt with so much sorrow and pain, seeing his planet torn to shreds by the androids only increased his will to make the planet a better place.
Not a contradiction just adding to your point there ^^
