Dub Radditz Vs. Dub Freeiza

who would win: the radditz with the singed leg hairs that can move at the speed of light, of the freeiza that only used 1% of his power? i think radditz would win. even though he is substantially weaker than 1% freeiza, moving at the speed of light would be just too muc hfor freeiza.

well first of all almost all of the characters can move faster then speed of light so i dotn think that would give any more of an advantage but i would want radditz to win becosue i really dotn like freeiza.
