In movie 10 SSJ Adult Gohan fought resonably well against brolli, but was still beaten, so i would imagine that he is more powerful than stage 2 cell, but no stronger than perfect cell.

he must be as strong as a super saiyan 2 at least.4 super saiyan ones couldnt even touch him and when they did he just laughed at them they couldnt even hurt him.

hes not as strong as ssj2. u have to remember, that all of those ssj's were extremely. there was no ussj, or fpssj in that fight. put it this way, in the forms they were in in movie 8, everyone that fought brolly would loose to andriods 17&18.

then when u add the fact that brolly was defeated by 4 extrmely weak AND half dead sayians, and one extrmemly weak, half dead, kami-less piccolo, thats not alot of energy, and only proves brolly's weakness.

Brolly, at best, is as strong as Imperfect Cell 2, or 16.

He isnt anywhere near the strength of a SSj2.
