i'd have to say that Broly at his highest would have a power level of 6 million according to the card. Broly would beup amoungst the ranks of: SS3Goku (Buu-Kid Buu Saga), SS2 Adult Gohan (After Elder Kai power up), SS Gotenks, Majin Vegeta, and Perfect Cell (after being blown up)

Duo

Broly was around as strong as Stage 2 Cell.

How is that possible he is only a HSS he couldnt be stronger he was beaten by Goku with energy given to him by the other beaten fighters. The highest Im saying he can be is above 16 but weaker than Cell with 17 absorbed.

Vegeta and Trunks weren't USSJ's, Goku and Gohan weren't FPSSJ's, Goku>>>Gohan when Gohan is stronger than Goku after RoSaT, Piccolo<<Base Vegeta when if he had Kami he would be stronger. I have some more but I'll let you digest this....
