I know I sound like a noob.. but what the hell? What is 17 doing alive, Didn't he get owned inside cell (since Gohan pwned cell). What is he doing alive in the Buu Saga with a shotgun..

Did 17 showed up in the Buu saga

Well, guess my mind isn't what it used to be

All I remember from 17 after the absorbtion is that Android 17 showed up in GT again and then he fused with Hell Android 17 a.k.a. Artifical 17, creating Super 17.

Anyway I thought that 17 lived again, due to the Dragonballs. After Cell's defeat the Z fighters wished for everyone on Earth that had falled due to Cell, to be wished back to life, so this also includes Android #17.

In the Japanese version it clearly stated that 17 was revived after the Cell games.

well, he didn't get the sentimental influence of the Z fighters and everyone, which 18 did get

. he would've been much worse if it would've gone like the future trunks timeline
