Vegeta by far. Vegeta could go ss4 and kick the crap out of piccolo.

Piccolo on Namek was the same PL as Vegeta, but when piccolo transfromed to Naillico (Piccolo and nail's fussion name), Naillico was very stronger than Vegeta. Vegeta culdn't even touch Final Freizza. but Naillico kicked freizza and he went flying and hiis energy blasts got him.

when vegeta went SS, Vegeta was stronger. but then Nallico fused with Kami, he became Kamicclolo, he was even stronger than vegeta.

but i think Piccolo in GT had the power of the SS2, but vegeta can turn SS4 and kick piccolo's ass.

Obviously Vejita in GT, since even in Z he was stronger then Piccolo.

That sucked, Goten and trunks not becoming SS2's. At least Trunks could've.

I think he's right, gT is screwed. It should be banded.

vegeta couldnt go super saiyan 4 it was only with the help of that machine that he was able to.he could never reach it on his own he was to weak he couldnt even become a super saiyan 3 super sa\iyan 2 would have been vegetas maxium till the day he died so piccolo would have surpassed him in power quite easy
