Frieza vs SSJ Goku was a great one although a bit long (especally for 5 minutes of fight that they made into a lot of eps somehow)

Gohan v Cell....the best fight...seeing Gohan become so powerful that he could beat down any of the Z fighters is just frickin awsome

Definately the Frieza and Goku fight. That rocked, I loved it, but my sister kept taking the piss out of Goku making a Spirit Bomb (She's a year younger than me)
