He's meant to have an I.Q of about 130. ANyway when did he get a chance to finish Cell? Because from what i remember he went mad when he saw Trunks die in front of him and flew at Cell and tried to harm him but left no marks on him

an I.Q of 130 is realy good........100 is average and each point is alot.... somone would be like a D average ad 100 a C so I.Q of 130 is like an A++ average
